Terms and conditions

By placing an order on this website you agree to the terms below. They are written in plain language on purpose.

1. Orders and pricing

Prices shown in the configurator include printing for the options you select. Delivery is added at checkout. An order becomes final when you approve the digital proof and pay the agreed advance (50% on custom printed work).

2. Artwork and rights

You confirm that you own or are allowed to print the logo and artwork you upload. We store your files only to produce your orders and reorders, and we never resell or reuse your design.

3. Print tolerance

Flexographic printing has normal tolerances: colour may shift slightly from screen to material, print position may vary by a few millimetres, and delivered quantity may vary by up to 2% on large runs. These are not defects.

4. Payments

We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, cards and cash on delivery. For custom orders the balance is paid before dispatch or as cash on delivery where agreed.

5. Liability

Our responsibility is limited to reprinting the affected items or refunding their value. We are not liable for indirect losses such as delayed shipments to your own customers.
